Graham specialises in providing high-quality consultancy, coaching and training in sales, sales management, customer service and personal productivity. He has a long career in sales and was a top-performing IT and solutions sales professional and sales manager. His most recent full-time role was as Managing Director of Sales Productivity and Development for Thomson Financial, helping develop a large European sales force.

5. Overview of the five productivity tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, Missinglettr, GetProspect, Dux-Soup) and how each enhances efficiency and visibility
Part 2: Implementation and Setup
- Focus: Hands-on configuration, content creation, and automation.
- The second half-day session turns strategy into practice. Participants are guided through the safe setup and use of each key application introduced in Part One, creating live LinkedIn content and automation flows during the workshop.
